After a long festive season, your liver is probably crying out for a detox. Feel healthy, lighter and better with the Liver Flush mix. Easy to make from ingredients at home.
To make the Liver Flush mix, you will need:
1 lemon – freshly squeezed
250ml clear, apple juice ( Sir Juice, Juice Factory, Take 5 ) -not the cloudy apple juice
Small piece of fresh ginger – grated
1 tablespoon virgin cold-pressed olive oil
Drink down the above mixture with the following :
1 garlic capsule each
1 Cayenne Pepper capsule each. To assist kidney function at the same time
Do not eat anything before drinking the Liver Flush
METHOD:
Juice the lemon
Grate the ginger
Place lemon, apple juice, ginger and olive oil into a blender and blend for 10 seconds (do not blend the capsules)
This morning routine detoxifies the liver and Gallbladder, stimulating it to cleanse itself by dumping bile through the biliary tract into the gastrointestinal tract, making you feel lighter and more energetic. It is also nourishing and supporting to both the immune system and digestion, and will help your body to throw off the threat of viral and bacterial infection. Drink the liver flush mixture and capsules first thing in the morning before eating anything. Do not eat anything for 2 hours after drinking the flush. You may drink water.
