Life in the fast lane overtaking you?

It’s easy to strike up an interesting conversation with a sportsman or athlete .. just start talking about their favourite electrolytes! Say something like bananas .. or perhaps mineral packed fruit bars ..  or try hydration .. and what about potassium, magnesium and calcium.  You’ll be amazed to hear how intense they are about maximising their energy outputs and fitness performance with these three mineral nutrients.

Electrolytes are essential minerals that carry an electric charge when dissolved in body fluids, making them the primary medium for electrical activity in the body which are crucial for nerve signaling, muscle contractions, and maintaining fluid balance.

These days it feels like we’re living in a thick syrup, where every emotional, mental and physical effort seems to come only with a great deal of extra push and much exhaustion!    Because the life and energy that flows through us is electromagnetic … it makes sense the we take a page out of the athletes book.  Get some electrolytes.

In this tech-driven world we are being swamped by radiation (electropollution) Radiation exposure formula and this takes a toll on the human electro system.  For example, when our nervous system is bombarded by electromagnetic pollution, our nerve cells need to continuously renew themselves …  to do this we need potassium.

If we don’t have enough potassium we will experience brain fog, mental and physical exhaustion, poor memory, poor sleep, shortness of breath, dizziness, muscle fatigue, nasal congestion and hydration related disorders such a headaches, heat fatigue, heart arrythmias, blurry vision and more.  Our ‘biology may even become our psychology’ leading to Anxiety and Depression.

Potassium gives enthusiasm to brain and body and we cannot live without it!

Since so many of our consumables are not what they used to be, we simply arent getting enough of these nutrients!

* Potassium : The primary ion inside cells, it is vital for resetting the electrical balance after an impulse passes and is critical for regulating heart rhythm and muscle function.

* Magnesium : Involved in over 300 enzyme reactions, magnesium helps regulate nerve and muscle function and facilitates muscle relaxation after contraction.

* Calcium : Essential for bone health, it also plays a direct role in muscle contraction, acting as a trigger when a nerve signal arrives at a muscle fiber, and facilitating communication between nerves.

Always drink plenty of good water daily to support hydration, pH & electrolyte balance.  30-40ml water per Kg of body weight in 24 hours.
